At Tekkbytes Solutions, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we invite you to review our returns and refunds policy outlined below.
- Cancellation Policy
a). You can cancel the order before it is shipped. However the payment gateway and any other processing fees (minimum Rs. 750) will be deducted from the refund amount.
b). Cancellation Post Dispatched: If order is cancelled post dispatch shipping charges (both ways)+ Gateway charges (if any) will be deducted before refund.

2.1. 7 Days Return Policy
Eligibility Checks
You are entitled to return or replace your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the product meets the following conditions:
a). The product is damaged (not meeting the QC norms see section 3.1), defective, or significantly different from its description on the product detail page
b). The product has missing parts or accessories, or any included items
2.2. Warranty
Tekkbytes Solutions reserves the right to change the method by which we provide service, and the eligibility of your product for return or replacement may vary based on your location. Service options, replacement availability, and response times may differ depending on your state or city.

- – 1 year* (based on warranty purchased at the time of order) warranty is provided for Manufacturing Defects on laptops & desktops.
- – 3 months warranty on battery and adaptor

Warranty Process (timelines)
- 1. It will take up-to 30 days to resolve the issue as multiple legs are involved – Technician visit/ pickup/delivery and repair at our warehouse. If not resolved within the timelines, Tekkbytes Solutions may choose to replace/refund at a nominal depreciation value of 1% per month. This depreciation will be calculated based on the number of days the asset was used.

Overview of the warranty
Tekkbytes Solutions is committed to delivering high-quality refurbished products that meet your expectations. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Tekkbytes Solutions offers warranty service for its refurbished hardware products and accessories.
Please Note: This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Tekkbytes Solutions’s official website or physical store. Products purchased from third-party marketplaces where Tekkbytes Solutions is a seller are not covered under this warranty. For those purchases, please refer to the specific warranty and return policies provided by the respective marketplaces.
Warranty Period
Standard Policy
- 1. For All Products Except Apple : The standard warranty is valid for one year from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user.
- 2. For Apple Products: The warranty is valid for six months from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user.
Extended Warranty
- 1. Customers may purchase an extended warranty, which provides additional coverage for up to two years. The extended warranty terms are valid in addition to the standard warranty and extend the total coverage period accordingly.
What is Covered by this Warranty?
Defects in Materials and Workmanship
- 1. Tekkbytes Solutions warrants that the refurbished hardware product and refurbished accessories contained in the original packaging are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Tekkbytes Solutions’s published guidelines. These guidelines include information in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.
Hardware Components
- 1. This warranty covers all hardware components of the refurbished product, including the main device and any branded accessories that are included in the original packaging.
• Screen
• Motherboard
• Keyboard
• Hard drive and memory (RAM)
• Accessories including in the original packaging (6 Month Warranty)
Tekkbytes Solutions will repair or replace covered hardware issues resulting from manufacturing defects or normal use during the warranty period.
What is Not Covered by this Warranty?
Third-Party Accessories
1. This warranty does not cover any third-party accessories or components used with the refurbished product, even if they are purchased from Tekkbytes Solutions.
Software
- 1. Any software, whether included with or installed on the refurbished product, is not covered by this warranty. This includes operating systems, applications, and other software components. Please refer to the licensing agreement that accompanies the software for details regarding your rights and responsibilities.
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not apply to:
1. Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
2. Superficial damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless the damage occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
3. Damage caused by the use of third-party components that do not meet the specifications of the refurbished product.
4. Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external causes.
5. Damage caused by operating the product outside of Tekkbytes Solutions’s published guidelines or in an environment not recommended by Tekkbytes Solutions.
6. Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or upgrades performed by anyone other than an authorized Tekkbytes Solutions service provider.
7. Normal wear and tear or defects due to the aging of the refurbished product.
8. Products with removed or defaced serial numbers.
9. Products reported as stolen or those that cannot be accessed due to security measures like passcodes, and where ownership cannot be verified.
Your Responsibilities
Backup of Data
1. If your refurbished product is capable of storing software programs, data, and other information, you are responsible for maintaining periodic backup copies of the information stored on the product. Tekkbytes Solutions is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during repair, replacement, or any other warranty service.
Proof of Purchase
1. Before receiving warranty service, you may be required to provide proof of purchase, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues, and follow Tekkbytes Solutions’s instructions for troubleshooting and seeking warranty service.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Contacting Tekkbytes Solutions Support
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via support@tekkbytes.com. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with proof of purchase to begin the process.
Initial Complaint Resolution
- Once the complaint is raised, Tekkbytes Solutions will attempt to resolve the issue remotely within 24 hours to 48 hours. Our support team may guide you through troubleshooting steps or perform a remote diagnosis to address the issue.
Engineer/ Technical Expert Visit
- Within 5–6 working days, our onsite engineer will visit your location to diagnose the issue (for onsite serviceable locations). For non-serviceable locations, our ASP will guide you to walk in to the nearest Authorized Service Center.
Facility Inspection
- If the engineer’s visit does not resolve the issue, Tekkbytes Solutions may pickup the product / require you to send the unit to our service facility. At the facility, the product will undergo a thorough inspection and necessary repairs will be made.
Replacement
- If, after the facility inspection, the issue still cannot be resolved, Tekkbytes Solutions may replace the unit with another one of equivalent value and specifications
Replacement and Refunds
- If a replacement is provided, the replacement product will be covered under the remaining term of the original warranty. Refunds, if offered, will be processed back to your original payment method, with the depreciation value specified in the return process.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping Costs
If warranty service is required due to a defect covered under this policy, Tekkbytes Solutions will cover the shipping costs to and from the service center. If the service request is found to be ineligible, you may be responsible for the shipping costs.
Packaging for Return
When returning a product for warranty service, ensure that it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Tekkbytes Solutions is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping due to improper packaging.
Limitation of Liability
1. No Guarantee of Error-Free Operation
2. Tekkbytes Solutions does not guarantee that the operation of the refurbished product will be uninterrupted or error-free. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but it does not cover software issues, user errors, or other non-hardware-related problems.
Limitation of Damages
1. Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekkbytes Solutions is not responsible for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts), loss of the use of money, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of reputation.
Any decision made by Tekkbytes Solutions regarding warranty claims, service options, or any related matters will be final and binding.
Changes to the Warranty Policy
Right to Modify
1. Tekkbytes Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
Service and Support Availability
- Service and support for warranty claims will be provided based on parts availability and Tekkbytes Solutions’s service center capabilities. Certain models may require additional lead time for repair or replacement due to component sourcing or specific part requirements.
Force Majeure
- Tekkbytes Solutions is not liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to fulfil warranty obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, supply shortages, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, warranty obligations will be adjusted or deferred until the resolution of the event, as permitted by law.
Transferability of Warranty
- This warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the refurbished product. Any resale or transfer of the product voids this warranty.
Conduct of Customers and Staff
- Tekkbytes Solutions. is committed to providing a respectful and professional environment for both customers and employees. Customers are expected to treat our staff with courtesy and respect. Any abusive behaviour—such as verbal or physical threats, harassment, or disruptive conduct—will not be tolerated and may result in the limitation of warranty services or support.
- Conversely, Tekkbytes Solutions Technologies Ltd. expects its employees to uphold the highest standards of professionalism. If a customer feels they have experienced abusive or inappropriate language from our staff, they are encouraged to report the incident to management immediately. Such reports will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. Appropriate action will be taken to address any employee behaviour that does not align with our commitment to respect and professionalism. Governing Law
Service Options
At its discretion, Tekkbytes Solutions will repair, replace, or refund the defective product. Replacement products may consist of refurbished items that are equivalent in performance and reliability to the original product.
Limitation of Liability
Tekkbytes Solutions’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products as described in this warranty policy. Tekkbytes Solutions is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of its products.
Jurisdiction
1. This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the purchase was made. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
2.3 Buyback Program
You can return the product anytime during the warranty period with a depreciation value of Min 15% or 7% per Month minus Cost of customer induced defects/damage (if any) – (section 3.2)
2.4 Conditions for Return
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
b. The product must not have been damaged while in your possession, and it must be the same item that was shipped to you.
c. Any device that stores personal information must have all such information removed prior to returning. Tekkbytes Solutions shall not be liable for any misuse or unauthorized use of such information.
d. Products that were purchased by mistake or for buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect model or color) may be eligible for return with a deduction*
e. Ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Tekkbytes Solutions is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping due to improper packaging.
2.5 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via Contact Us page. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how/where to send your package.
a. Do not return items without first requesting a return. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
b. For certain products, a technician visit may be scheduled to evaluate the condition of the item. The technician’s report will determine the eligibility of the return or replacement.
c. Post validation if below quality checks fail (section 3.1), return will be accepted without any charges. However, if it passes all quality checks, applicable deductions will be applied
d. In case of replacement approved, the replacement product will be shipped out in 48-72 hrs post the initial system is received at our warehouse.
2.6 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
a. Products that are not in their original condition.
b. Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer except for replaceable items (Eg – keyboard/back panel damage)
c. Items that were customized or personalized at the time of purchase or post purchase
3. Refund Process
RTO – Product Not Delivered and Returned to us (Return to Origin)
a. Once the product reaches our warehouse within 48-72 hrs we will initiate a refund. The amount will be credited back to source in 14 business days deducting the courier charges except for Non-Customer dependent scenarios
Ex – Non Serviceable locations, Mis-routed
b. For COD orders, if the customer does not pick up the call at the time of delivery and the product is returned to us for this reason, the partial amount paid at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
Delivered to Customer – Product Returned due to defect/Non Defect
a. Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected (time taken will be 48-72hrs), post the inspection refund will be initiated which will be credited to your account in 14 business days.
b. Refund will be processed back to source (from where the payment was received/original payment method), if it’s a COD amount it will be credited to the bank details provided.
c. You may incur additional fees on the refund processed, based on below conditions/TnC’s
Product Defective – No additional charges will be charged except for the months used as per Return policy
Non Defective (as per quality Check) /Does not like – A restocking fee of Min 12% or 5% per month whichever is greater will be deducted. If there is any induced damage below are the charges which will be deducted additionally (section 3.2).
